Your back starts hurting, you book in with your chiropractor, you receive treatments, you may notice that the pain improves. Sound familiar? This is the way most people view Chiropractic. But is this the only time that it’s worth being adjusted?

Don’t wait until you’re broken!

There are many different schools of thought out there when it comes to Chiropractic. But at Moose Hall, we believe that when viewed as part of an active, healthy lifestyle, regular adjustments can be a powerful tool to help prevent pain and injuries, and keep you feeling well.

Pain and injuries can be caused by many things - from over-exercising to poor posture. But they aren’t something you should just learn to ‘expect’ or ‘deal with’.

Many people’s bodies are in some way misaligned or unbalanced, whether due to the nature of their work, exercise regimes or general day-to-day stresses. And lots of people can live like this for a long time before any problems arise! But typically, as our bodies naturally try to compensate for these imbalances, pain and injuries can start to present themselves. These effects can be sped up or worsened if you are exercising regularly or have a very active job.

Prevention is better than Cure

We are passionate about helping people to feel well and live fulfilling lives. We will always ensure that we are doing everything we can to prevent people living with unnecessary pain or injuries. We believe that by correcting misalignments and working with you to deal with underlying causes even before pain arises, we can help you prevent it occurring in the first place. When your body is balanced, aligned and working as it should be, it can do it’s job more effectively and keep you healthy!

So if we recommend that you continue receiving treatment after your pain has gone, this is why! All our team receive regular ‘maintenance’ adjustments because we have seen first hand the positive impact this has had on our lives.

Whether you have visited a Chiropractor in the past or not, we’d love to teach you more about the Moose Hall philosophy and help you to see the long-term benefits first hand. Get in touch to book in for your first visit to our Chippenham or Portishead Chiropractic clinic!
