SAMANTHA DONALDSON
BSC (Hons)

Chiropractor - GCC registered

Sam developed her passion for chiropractic from a personal experience with treatment. At the age of 13 she suffered from debilitating migraines. At first the only answer was a lifetime of medication but then her parents discovered chiropractic and her migraines were relieved through treatment on her neck.

Chiropractic then became a normal part of life for Sam and the rest of her family - from her younger brother to her grandparents all seeking help for a range of conditions and general health.

Throughout her career, Sam has helped people of all ages from new born babies to her oldest patient at 97. She loves to see people become healthier through the help of chiropractic and is always happy to discuss anyone’s individual needs.

MATTHEW SMITH MCHIRO

Chiropractor - GCC registered

Matt has always had a passion for sports and being active. Naturally he wanted to get the best out of his body and he used chiropractic to achieve this when on the rugby field. As a 6 year old his dad took him and his brother to their local rugby club and that was it, he was hooked. Since then his dedication led him to play international rugby and he now plays locally in Bristol.

Matt is enthusiastic about achieving a healthy balanced lifestyle. Combining his knowledge and passion for sports with his clinical and chiropractic expertise, Matt’s aim is to provide an environment in which he can help his patients reach their personal goals. He is always happy to discuss all parts of your health and any problems or concerns you may have.

SOPHIE TURNER

Chiropractic Assistant

Growing up, Sophie had always been involved in sport and fitness, training and competing nationally in Synchronised swimming, while also having a big interest in personal health and wellbeing. Sophie was drawn to the role at Moose Hall as it gives her the opportunity to work in an environment which takes the holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

After being diagnosed with Scoliosis in her early teens, Sophie understands the impact that long term pain can have - physically, mentally and emotionally. Being able to empathise with new patients, and see first hand the benefits that Chiropractic care has had for existing patients, further boosts her passion for working in the clinic & within the Chiropractic world.

NICKI MOORE

Chiropractic Assistant

Nicki has been a member of the Portishead clinic for a few years now, where she enjoys supporting our chiropractors in caring for our patients and extending a warm welcome to everyone who visits the clinic.

Outside of work, Nicki leads a busy life as a mother of two, who, despite being older, still keep her on her toes. Nicki prioritises regular check ups here to ensure she’s able to maintain her active lifestyle and allow her to keep going to spin classes! Known for her love of coffee, you will often find Nicki in one of the cafes in Portishead - or balancing out her caffeine intake with a walk around the Marina or the Nature Reserve whenever possible!

Nicki loves interacting with patients and tracking their progress throughout their time with us. Whether it's answering questions or directing concerns to the chiropractors, she is always eager to assist in any way she can.

CHIPPENHAM

IAN ORR
MCHIRO

Chiropractor - GCC registered

Ian had his first Chiropractic adjustment while he was working as a ski guide. He was surprised to discover that the impact of a vehicle mine blast, from which he walked away years before, was affecting his skiing.

The improvements he saw after he started receiving regular care - not only in his skiing performance, but in his overall health and happiness - was more than enough to inspire him to become a Chiropractor.

20 years later, Ian still skis with passion, runs and enjoys a happy and healthy life thanks to regular Chiropractic care and the love and support of a long suffering wife and two young girls.

Drawing from his experiences, Ian has gone on to share the benefits of Chiropractic care with people of all ages and fitness levels, helping them to achieve greater health and happiness. He is delighted to join the Moose Hall team and serve the Chippenham community.

MATT FREEMAN
MCHIRO

Chiropractor - GCC registered

Matt first discovered Chiropractic after injuring his back during a snowboarding holiday. After months of living on painkillers and struggling to find anything that helped, he found Chiropractic. Within weeks he was feeling improvements and was soon able to return to his work as an outdoor instructor.

This experience had such a profound effect on him - both physically, and in terms of his understanding of how the body works - that he decided to change career and become a Chiropractor.

Over the last decade, he has adjusted thousands of people - from his newborn daughter to athletes and people in their 90s. Matt believes in enhancing the natural normal function of the body and nerve system, with regular adjustments and healthy living. His goal is to help his patients bodies function with more ease, and he loves to bring his knowledge and experience to support others in living more of the life they want.

MONICA KEEFE
MCHIRO

Chiropractor - GCC registered

The call to become a chiropractor came later in life for me. In fact I had never been to a chiropractor until I was in my early forties. I experienced a minor rib injury during my yoga practice. Upon recommendation from my yoga instructor, I visited a chiropractor who not only drastically reduced my pain in one visit, but also opened my eyes to the body's ability to heal itself.

After my first experience with chiropractic, it was clear to me that I had to be part of this healing modality that honoured and facilitated the body's innate ability to heal, adapt and thrive. I am blessed to have the chance at a second career and to be serving through the healing arts. I practice a combination of gentle, low-force techniques, as well as more traditional styles of chiropractic. I am endlessly fascinated with the body's wisdom and the mind-body-spirit connection & I'd love to participate in your healing journey.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, reading, learning, exploring nature and spirituality.
